FAITH HEALING By Pastor Darla Winn
Covenant -- Will and Testament is executed when person (writer of will) dies not when person named in
the will dies.
Jesus is the only one who has come back to execute His own will and testament. If salvation is ours now, not later on the
other side, then everything within salvation is ours now as well.
Salvation Package: Hebrew and Greek: deliverance, victory, prosperity, health, help, welfare, liberty, rescue, safety,
gift.
People receive salvation but many stop there. They don’t understand what it involves and they remain in their sick
impoverished state.

4. As you speak forth the Word your faith strengthens, Romans 10:17.
5. When you speak forth the Word this gives God a license to perform.
6. On the other hand; if we speak forth anything that is not God’s Word this gives satan license to perform, Proverbs 18:21.

***************************************************************************************************** STOP! THINK OF THE DIMPLE! By Dani Harris Burnham
I love food. I love chocolate and ice cream and chips and dip. Popcorn with gooey butter. Candy, all kinds
of candy. Pizza, fried food. You name it I love it. All except cheese. I like McDonalds melted cheese but I do not like other
cheese. Something about the texture.
What do you think would happen if we all ate what we wanted all the time? For some people, that would mean
a healthy balanced diet but for others that would mean junk. Some of us just like junk. That would be me, however, I eat a
lot healthier than I used to, that’s for sure.
I am going to share some of the reasons that we as a human race have trouble with blubber.
1.) Maybe we have a more intimate relationship with food than God.
2.) Maybe we associate food with all activities (movies, TV, after church outings, etc).
3.) Maybe food is our number one activity, or our most enjoyed.
4.) Maybe it curbs the pain from hurt. Eating brings comfort, after all, that Twinkie and Swiss roll just
sit there quietly tempting us to pick them up and hold them. Then eventually they end up in our tummy and turn into something
we would never put in our mouth. Yuck! Maybe that will help us, if we think of what it turns into? When we turn to food to
fulfill an emotional or spiritual need that is what is called MATERIALISM!
Overeating, why do we?
It can be a number of things in our lives. Being depressed, sad, or lonely. Maybe you no longer enjoy life.
After all, food is always there for us. It accepts us no matter what.
It can also be because the flesh loves to reward itself with treats. It forgets that those fries may end up
being another dimple on the rump.
Then we get a bright idea! Start a diet!
Galatians 5:18 says, But if you are guided (led) by the (Holy) Spirit you are not subject to the law.
When we start a diet, that automatically brings us under a law. Our flesh almost always becomes obsessed with
breaking sin principle, Romans 5:20. There are a ton of diets out there
and most of them cut out one or more food groups.
I believe we have all food groups in place today because God knew that we would need all food groups to keep
us healthy. Somewhere along the line, people began missing the point of eating healthy.
Crash dieting: That is when someone diets, living on a limited amount of food, and
then their body begins to store up fat for the next famine. It can only go so long before the body is out of control.
We need to eat when we are hungry unless we are over weight. When we are over weight our Hypalthelmas gland
tells our body how much we are supposed to weigh and eat. It gets out of whack when we are overweight.
How do we get healthy and turn it around?
Genesis 2:16 says, And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, you may eat freely of every tree of the garden.
To get back on track we must have a relationship with the Lord. He will help us. I have cut back a lot on
the junk because I feel bad, physically and spiritually. How can we put junk in the temple? Would we bring junk into the church
sanctuary and leave it. Like an old engine, or old furniture etc? Of course not.
The first step to getting back on track is to make sure what we think we want is our real want. Do we really
want chocolate pie for breakfast or is that the flesh? We must choose who is more important, God and building a life with
him, or food, because it will come between you and God. That goes for anything that you put before God in which we know are
called idols.
We need to respect our bodies and be led by wisdom. We must want God more than we want to please our flesh.
Bottom line, He must come first. We must be focussed on Him we will then move toward Him. We will always move toward what
we are looking at the most. SFWC

FREEDOM FROM GLUTTONY
By Pastor Darla Winn
When holiday time comes we tend to think we can eat as much fancy holiday food as we want to and somehow not
gain weight. Or we are deceived into thinking that we will lose it after the holidays. It’s as though the holiday gives
us a license to overeat more than we already do. Listen, we don’t need a license to overeat. People overeat all the
time without a license. We need to be careful not to use the holiday as an excuse to glutton. Gluttony is a sin no matter
what time of year it is.
Obsessed with Food
The spirit of gluttony is most powerful, if we don’t know what it is and how to combat it. It has the
power to destroy you if you are ignorant of it.
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge .
Overeating can be a spirit of gluttony or some nutritional need lacking in your physical body. Overeating
is evident that your spirit is not governing. A person can be just as obsessed with food when he is on a diet as when he is
overeating. We can’t be successful with just fat reducing diet plans, as a diet is a carnal weapon against overeating,
which is a spirit of gluttony.
II Corinthians 10:4 The weapons of our warfare are not carnal. But mighty for
the pulling down of strongholds.
Every one of us has experienced the frustration of fighting this spiritual battle with a carnal or fleshly
weapon. Dieting starves your body but it does not affect why you overeat which is inside of you. Jesus never put a glutton
on a diet. There are successful diet plans that allow you to eat a lot of food, but only certain types, like carrots, and
celery. So instead of potato chips and cookies you munch on carrots and celery. Instead of eating huge servings of baked beans
and potato salad you eat huge servings of green beans and baked fish – you are still in bondage. It’s the same
as a heroin addict and methadone; the addiction is still there. When a person eventually gets tired of the law; preparing
special food everyday, they will go back to their old eating habits therefore, gaining the weight back. Know this, the obsession
is there even when dieting because you still have to think of the food you can eat for the day. You still have your mind on
food. This is not normal.
John 8:36 He Whom the Son sets free is free indeed! (Paraphrase)
We must realize from God’s Word that gluttony is a sin, not to bring condemnation but to bring conviction
of the Holy Spirit. Condemnation brings on more eating but conviction brings the power of God into our lives. That power brings
FREEDOM. You will never be free until you take responsibility for the sin; you must stop thinking it doesn’t
matter because the Word of God says it does matter.
Proverbs 23:21 For the “drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty.”
Proverbs 23:2 “Put a knife to the throat if thou be a man given to appetite.”
We need to put the Sword (God’s Word) to our throat, if we are a man given to appetite.
Philippians 3:18-19 “For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you
even weeping that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly.”
If our belly is our god then we are an enemy to the Cross, (the work of Christ). Without repentance there
can be no freedom. We would be quick to deal with a church full of drunkards but we are afraid to hurt someone’s feelings
if they are a glutton. Gluttons are already hurting more than we realize. Some of us are told, by well meaning Christians,
that size doesn’t really matter, trying to make us feel better about our self even though we are grotesquely overweight.
Our body is being destroyed, our soul and spirit are bound by condemnation and Christians say, “It doesn’t really
matter.” Have you ever told a drunk, “It doesn’t really matter how much you drink, we love you just the
way you are?”
Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect even as your Father who is in heaven is perfect.
Destroying your body with excess fat, or constant weight changes is not being perfect. God
does love us like we are but He wants better for us.
SIN DOES NOT grieve GOD SIMPLY BECAUSE HE IS HOLY, IT GRIEVES HIM BECAUSE IT IS CONTRARY TO THE WAY WE WERE
CREATED. GOD HATES SIN BECAUSE HE KNOWS IT DESTROYS US.
Ephesians 1:18-19 By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know
and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set apart
ones). And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness
of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength.
There is no reason for a born again believer to ever have an eating problem again. Jesus is coming back after
a glorious church not having spot or wrinkle or stretch mark! (Ephesians 5:27)
Matthew 14:17-20 tells of the account of the 5,000 fed by five loaves and two
fishes. Verse 20 says, “They did all eat and were filled”. Gluttony begins when this system (the hungry and full
response) gets out of order. A glutton’s god is their belly. They don’t love God first. That’s why they
eat when they are bored or lonely, angry or depressed. They don’t love God with their whole heart. They would rather
eat then deal with the deeper problem. Gluttony is not unlike drug addiction in that the highs become less high and the lows
become more and more unbearable.
Upon preparing meals we will sometimes taste and taste and not even realize how much we have eaten. This opens
the door for the spirit of gluttony. Eventually gluttony (the spirit of overeating) becomes like a strong healthy living plan
inside of us. Gluttony is like a huge tree that can be blown over by a mild wind when the root structure is destroyed. Gluttony
begins by sowing to the flesh; it will “end” by sowing to the Spirit in faith. Sowing to the Spirit is doing that
which is right. We must ask our self “Do we love God more then the food?” Gluttony consists of two forces. One
is an overwhelming desire to eat with constant nagging thoughts of food, (spirit of overeating). The other is eating out of
habit.
Sowing and Reaping
II Corinthians 9:6 [Remember] this: he who sows sparingly and grudgingly will also reap sparingly
and grudgingly and he who sows generously, [that blessings may come to someone] will also reap generously and with blessings.
Mark 12:44 For they all threw in out of their abundance; but she, out of her deep poverty,
has put in everything that she had [even] all she had on which to live.
Fasting a meal or meals is sowing to the Spirit. This allows you to gain control over the spirit of gluttony.
Sowing meals or portions of meals to the Spirit will increase your strength against overeating. But when we sow to the flesh
and eat whatever our little flesh desires we will reap from the flesh more flesh and continued emotional lows. The little
widow women in Mark 12 gave from her need. Giving from need is saying,
“I trust God.” Giving from need is saying that God is your God. If we sow a meal we never eat anyway we are not
giving; in fact we are sowing sparingly and will reap less strength to walk in victory. For instance there are certain foods
that I do not eat regularly anymore but just on occasion. I had sowed these foods for about 5 weeks without a weight loss
but that didn’t matter to me. I continued to sow and within two weeks, after the first five, I lost seven pounds. Up
to this point I had been trying to lose weight for five years with no success. God is faithful. Gluttony begins by sowing
to the flesh and will “end,” by sowing to the Spirit. When I began to sow to the Spirit the condemnation that
satan put on me was losing its grip. The urge to eat to my destruction began to subside.
We need to take one day at a time:
Matthew 6:34 So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries
and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.
We can become very overwhelmed by the amount of weight we need to lose. One of the reasons for this is, we
want a successful weight loss and we want it right now. We need to know from the beginning of the first scale experience,
going into God’s weight loss plan, that it’s going to take a while. We need our focus on walking in victory not
the manifestation of it. If we are focused on the weight loss more then we are focused on walking in victory then we still
have a problem – we are still not in control. When we get our eyes off of the weight loss that’s when we will
start walking in victory. We take one day at a time and rejoice
everyday for our victory.
What is Victory? Victory is food not being an issue, eating normal without worrying about gaining weight.
It’s eating with no guilt, eating only when you are hungry and stopping when you are full, it’s no more shame.
It’s being able to admit how much you weigh. It’s not having to prepare special food and spending half your day
planning menus. It’s selective eating. It’s being free from obsession with food.
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them, which are in Christ Jesus, who
walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. KJV
In order to experience a real victory we have to take responsibility for our sin of gluttony and our weight.
It’s hard to do that because when we do we are flooded with guilt. There is no condemnation! This allows us to take
responsibility (own up to it) because there is no condemnation, (Romans 8:1). I took responsibility for allowing myself to make food my god and falling into the control of the spirit of gluttony.
I took responsibility for my whopping 220 pounds on my little five-foot frame and repented. There was no shame – I’ve
taught these concepts and openly admitted from the pulpit as well as one on one with others how much I weighed because there
was no more shame. I had no shame! God has forgiven me. I HAVE BEEN SET FREE. It is such an awesome thing to be set free,
to eat normal to be normal, no more weighing food and counting. NO MORE LAW (DIETS)
Living in Control:
What an awesome thing to forget to eat because I’m busy, or go to a buffet and be picky; to not have
an appetite for anything a second time around; to be able to eat a little dessert and not feel guilty.
IT’S CALLED FREEDOM!
Jesus always fed the spiritual man before the physical.
Matthew 15:32 Because they’ve been with Me now three days, and have nothing to eat:
and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.
There is no record of these people eating in those three days. After three days with no physical food, no
doubt, these people were hungry. When we experience real hunger we do not want junk, we want real food like meat, fruit and
vegetables. A craving is different then real hunger.
According to Exodus 16:12 God provided bread in the
morning and meat at night. They were allowed to eat only two meals a day even if they wanted three. This was a law. We don’t
live by the law today; therefore, there is nothing wrong with three meals a day. We need to eat when we are hungry, and stop
when filled.
Exodus 16:12 “Ye shall be filled with bread.”
Matthew 15:37 “The people did all eat and were filled.”
John 6:11-12 And likewise of the fishes as much as they would...When they were filled He said
unto His disciples, gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.
There were always leftovers. There is a difference between being filled and stuffed. Freedom is being able
to eat whatever is set before you not worrying about it making you fat (Luke 10:8).
Special Note : If you are more than 20lbs. overweight then this “eating only
when hungry” would not apply. Being overweight the system of “hungry and full” is out of balance so you
would not be able to trust the hunger pangs you feel. If you have eaten and you know you have had enough, then you wouldn’t
want to eat again even though your belly is crying out for more.
There is nothing wrong with a little feasting during the holidays but do it with restraint, stay in control.

WALKING IN THE VICTORY OF HEALTH By Ashley Winn
One of America’s biggest problems today is obesity. Many Americans are overweight. It is not just adults
either. Many children are overweight as well. This problem can be taken care of if people follow simple biblical health principles.
Our relationship with food: Before we can change our bad eating habits, we must change our relationship
with food. We cannot look at food as if that is what-we-live for. We should eat to live and not live to eat. When you go to
food for more than just nutrition this is materialism. For example, when you eat because you are emotionally stressed or lonely,
you are trying to meat a spiritual need with natural means. In John 14:16, it says that the Holy Spirit is our comforter,
therefore, we do not need to eat for comfort. Law excites the sin principle. This statement is found in Romans 5:20.
If you set a law/rule for yourself, it is difficult for your flesh to abide by it. Your flesh wants to break it and you eventually
do. Diets might work for some people temporarily but it does not get rid of the root of the problem. You might lose 25 pounds
from a diet, but still have an overeating problem. You can only control and overeating problem for a season. If not dealt
with, with the Word of God, renewing your mind, it’ll come back and with a vengeance. You must own your own diet that
you can continue to do for the rest of your life. You need your own life plan. Another man’s diet may work for someone
else, but most likely it won’t for you. Starving yourself is not going to do much for you either. It leads to bingeing.
Also, you gain weight because your body stores up fat for the next famine. If you live by the law, you are a slave to it.
We are free to eat whatever God has created (Genesis 2:16).
Healthy eating. Nutritional information will change your want. Fries are on the top five worse things
to eat. They have no nutritional value.
Another thing to watch for is passive eating. That is when you eat something without thinking about what it
is you are eating.
Before excess weight can come off your metabolism needs to be stabilized. Water helps stored fat to metabolize.
The best treatment for fluid retention is drinking a lot of water. Water also maintains muscle tone. Drinking water is an
essential when trying to lose weight.
Some addictions are snacking, sugar, coffee, chocolate, and food coloring. To break our addictions we must
cry out for grace.
Do not focus on the manifestation. We need to focus on walking in victory not the manifestation. Conviction,
not condemnation, brings the power of God in our lives. Repentance brings our freedom. Gluttony is the same as drunkenness.
We should treat both problems the same. They both destroy our bodies and are addictions. Overeating is a normal desire that
is out of control. A glutton would rather eat than deal with the root of the problem.
We cannot do this alone. The main thing in getting rid of the root and being healthy is that we cannot
do it without God. Apart from God, we can do nothing, John 15:5.
You are not walking alone: Once you set your mind to make the necessary changes your covenant partner
will be right there with you bringing you into victory. SFWC

Walk by Faith Not by Sight By Pastor Darla Winn
II Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith [we regulate our lives and conduct ourselves by our
conviction or belief respecting man’s relationship to God and divine things, with trust and holy fervor, thus we walk]
not by sight or appearance.
King James: (For we walk by faith, not by sight). In other words we do not walk according to the natural but the spiritual.
Most of us walk by sight (the natural) because it comes natural. Spiritual things don’t come natural. What does it
mean to walk according to the natural? Walking according to information taken in by the senses. The Doctor’s report,
your check book, the media, pictures you see, things you hear, things you can touch, smell, and taste. If you eat something
you know to be sweet, but taste it and it’s not sweet, what kind of judgement will you make? Judgement from your knowledge
from taste? Most likely you are not going to say “this food is sweet”. Your going to say that it’s not.
If the doctor tells you, you have cancer, it’s easy to believe because you know this is his expertise. If he shows
you the xray, it’s even more believeable. This is what you know from the natural. Its’s a challenge to believe
something that you don’t know to be true according to your senses.
I Peter 2:24 says that by His stipes we were healed.
Matthew 8:17 says that He bore away all of our sicknesses and diseases.
Psalms 107:20 says He sent His word to heal us and deliver us from the pit of distruction.
Exodus 15:26 tells us that He is the Lord God Who heals us.
Exodus 23:25 says that He blesses our food and our drink and He will take sickness from our midst.
So if the doctor says you have cancer, what do you do with these scriptures? You have to ask yourself, “Am I going
to walk by what I know in the natural or what God says in His word?”
Many times God has given me instruction to do something. It makes no sense to my natural mind. Just recently, I did something
God told me to do that would take much people-help and a lot of money. We started our church in January with 7 people and
we now have 17. To do this I had 17 people and no money. When God said “do” I said “yes”, and asked
Him how to do it. He gave me a plan. It didn’t look like the plan was coming together. I saw the opposite right up until
the midnight hour. I held God to His Word right up until the midnight hour. I wouldn’t let the circumstances of the
natural move me from my faith in God’s word and the result was a favorable outcome.
Numbers 23:19 tells us that God is not a man that He should lie. In other
words He is not mere man, not natural, that He should lie but He is spiritual.
Romans 3:4 says that God is found true but every (natural) man be a liar.
Does this mean because we are all natural we will all be liars? No, it means that if we speak anything that is opposite of
God (from the natural), we are liars. Speaking opposite of God is natural. We need a revelation of what we are. Are we natural
men or spiritual? Are we eternals or earthlings?
When we make a commitment to trust God but move off of that commitment, we leave ourself open to devistation.
Hebrews 10:38 But the just shall live by faith [My righteous servant shall live by his conviction respecting
man’s relationship to God and divine things, and holy fervor born of faith and conjoined with it]: and if he draws back
and shrinks in fear, My soul has no delight or pleasure in him.
We read in Matthew chapter 11 about John the Baptist, from prison, doubting the authenticity of Jesus being the Messiah.
This was after he had proclaimed Him as the Messiah. John did not have a favorable end. When you make a declarion of FAITH
and draw back because of the way things look you could lose your head.
I know of situations where people were diagnosed with cancer. They stood on the Word of God declaring their healing by
His sripes, refusing medical treatment. Their condition worsened and worsened, they became gripped with fear, and decided
to take the medical treatment but it was too late, they died.
When a situation looks grim it is easy to draw back and walk by sight. But walking by sight after declaring faith is dangerous.
When you have the written word or spoken word on a situation, once you make the decision to stand on it, if you stay commited
to the Word, you will see a favorable end. It is when you deviate from the Word that opens you up to trouble.
When you are tempted to doubt, remember, God cannot lie. If it’s raining and God says the sun is shining, is He lying?
No, because the rain will stop and the sun will shine. What He says happens, that’s why He cannot lie.
Romans 4:17 As it is written, I have made you the father of many nations. [He was appointed our father]
in the sight of God in Whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead and speaks of the noneexistent things, that [He has foretold
and promised] as if they [already] existed.
When we speak what God says, no matter what the circumstances say, we are not lying because when we speak God’s Word,
it’s as though He is speaking, therefore, what we speak will happen.
This law does not work for those who are not walking in obedience to God’s Word. SFWC
*********************************************************************************************************************** GOD’S HEALING COVENANT By
Pastor Darla Winn
The first mention of disease in the Bible is the identification of Adam’s fear.
Fear was the very first evidence of disease that attacked the human race.
When Jesus became sin for us He crushed satan and all his serpents of disease, as Jesus
took on Himself the sins of the world. Jesus became sin Who knew no sin. II Corinthians 5:21
Numbers 21:4-9 And they journeyed from Mount Hor by the way to the Red Sea, to go around
the land of Edom, and the people became impatient (depressed, much discouraged), because [of the trials] of the way.
And the people spoke against God and against Moses, Why have you brought us out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there
is no bread, neither is there any water and we loathe this light (contemptible, unsubstantial) manna. Then
the Lord sent fiery (burning) serpents among the people; and they bit the people, and many Israelites died.
And the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord and against you; pray to the Lord,
that He may take away the serpents from us. So Moses prayed for the people. And the Lord said, to Moses, Make
a fiery serpent [of bronze] and set it on a pole; and everyone who is bitten, when he looks at it shall live.
And Moses made a serpent of bronze and put it on a pole, and if a serpent had bitten any man when he looked to the serpent
of bronze [attentively, expectantly, with a steady and absorbing gaze], he lived.
Isn’t it interesting that the symbol used today to identify the medical field of
medicine is the caduceus snake on a pole? When a physician graduates from medical school he or she will have this symbol from
the Old Testament on a diploma or school ring. It testifies to the truth that Jesus cursed the serpent and disease on the
cross and became our Healer and Physician. Every doctor, Christian or not, uses this symbol that lifts up Jesus as the source
of all healing.
Remember you are not to look to your doctor for healing, you are not to look to your
pastor for healing. For your healing, you are to look to Jesus, Who was lifted up on the cross. What is Jesus saying to us?
“Simply look at the cure. Don’t dwell on the symptoms. Don’t dwell on how bad things are.”
So a person may say, “Oh healing is for some one else, it’s not for me.”
All we can do with people like this is direct them to the Word of God.
Exodus 15:26 If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and
do what is right in His sight give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes I will put none of the diseases on you
which I have brought (or allowed) on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.
This is the first time God entered into His healing covenant with man. Immediately after
God introduced Himself as the Healer in Exodus, He started giving commandments about what the Israelites were to eat. The
very next words that God spoke to Moses were “Behold I will rain bread from Heaven for you.” Exodus 16:4.
Exodus 23:25 So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your
water, and I will take sickness away from the midst of you.
The amazing fact of this text is that God was speaking to a group of people who had no
sickness at all.
In Psalm 105:37 God is showing
us that His perfect will for our healing is that we never become ill in the first place.
There is a pattern for our healing; hear and obey God’s Word, look upon Jesus for
healing, take God-guided actions in the natural, do all you can do.
After doing all you can do in the natural look to God for supernatural healing. SFWC

The Way of the Hog By
Pastor Darla Winn
A hog eats what it wants. It never thinks about how, what it is eating will effect its
health. It lives to eat. It eats mouth full after mouth full. A hog never tastes food. It is driven to eat all it can and
will eat whatever it is able to swallow. It is the garbage collector of the earth.
One day a woman went into her kitchen feeling very hungry. She grabbed the first thing
she could find and started stuffing her mouth. It was okay, there was no one home to see this but her. The Holy Spirit spoke
to her and reminded her of her grandson who always crams his mouth so full he can hardly chew. “Remember how you always
get after him because that is so disgusting to you. Well, that’s how I feel when you cram your mouth full of what? You
don’t care.”
How many times have you been talking on the phone while eating something. You reach for
more of your food and there is nothing left. You can’t believe you ate it all. You don’t even remember eating
it. Eating while watching T.V., before you know it, what you were eating is gone and you still have at least an hour of the
movie left. So you go into the kitchen and get more. You don’t feel fulfilled because you don’t remember eating
it. It’s like you have snack amnesia. The bowl is empty but you sure don’t remember eating it.
When I go out to a restaurant to eat and the meal turns out to be a real good one. I
will think about it for a day or two after that. I will say to Dan, “Boy that sure was a good meal the other night.”
This means I found great satisfaction in the meal. If you can’t remember what you ate, or remember if it was good or
bad, then you need to renew your mind in the Word of God on what food is for. We are not the garbage collectors of the earth.
We are the temples of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we must always be concerned about how what we are eating effects our body.

*********************************************************************************************************************** The Friday Voice By
Pastor Darla Winn
Have you ever been approached by the Friday voice? You have done so well on your new
eating plan all week. You have even lost a few pounds. But now Friday is here and you hear this voice say, “You have
done so well all week it won’t hurt you to have a little something extra.” Have you ever fallen for that? I have.
After the Friday voice gets me I hear a Saturday voice, on Saturday, and sometimes even a Sunday voice. Now it’s Monday
and you have spent the weekend gaining back everything you lost during the week. Start on Monday and make the commitment that
you will not be governed by this weekend voice. Dethrone your belly and you will walk in victory. SFWC ***********************************************************************************************************************
